The Spiritual Signpost Series within the Cosmic Pocket courses are live, coach-guided webinar studies over a four-week time span. These are small, personal classes. You’ll participate with your coach on a call once a week, with at-home work designed to boost your skills in meditation and reduce anxiety and stress with tools to boost your inner peace and connection to the Universe.

You’ll also have an additional hour in Week 3 for questions, help with the topics, your journal, or your homework.

Peace After Grief

Gentle help during the depths of despair

Coming Soon: In the sprawling pain of loss, we realign with the Universe, At our most vulnerable, we can unlock far greater understanding. Recommended for those at least six months post loss. This is not recommended for those recovering from violent trauma. Sensitive is the new strong, and finding signposts to healing after loves leaves lends hope to sore hearts.
